The company, led by founder and Managing Partner Philip De Greve, has entered into its first joint venture for the realisation of several housing projects.

This is a shared venture between De Greve and Geert De Wael under the name Veraltis. The latter has been working as a project developer for many years, including at his company Anacon.

Veraltis has already started working on the ZuiderZand development in Tessenderlo, comprising 46 apartments in a park-inspired environment, and has been granted planning permission for a second project.
