Pertinea appoints Barbara Sleijffers as the new Country Manager Netherlands.
As of October 1, Pertinea has appointed Barbara Sleijffers as Country Manager Netherlands. She succeeds Caroline Droste, who will remain affiliated with Pertinea in the role of Advisor. Barbara Sleijffers has extensive experience in commercial (retail) real estate, she previously worked at ASR, AM, Sweco Capital Consultants, and as an Acquisition Manager at Bouwinvest.
Pertinea Netherlands will continue to manage the acquisition and asset management of a portfolio of neighborhood shopping centers from its Utrecht office for various Pertinea investment vehicles.
Pertinea, led by founder and owner Philip De Greve, primarily focuses on retail real estate in the Benelux, driven largely by fast-moving consumer goods. The portfolio includes four Dutch neighborhood shopping centers located in Enschede, Zoetermeer, Zwijndrecht, and Dordrecht. The ambition is to further expand the portfolio in the Netherlands. Pertinea’s investment initiatives are backed by a stable group of Dutch and Belgian institutional and private investors with experience in real estate and retail.
