The vast majority of our real estate portfolio consists of convenience and discount stores with a strong focus on supermarkets. Over the years this strategic positioning demonstrated to be highly disruption-proof and crisis-resilient. E-commerce, the 2008 Great Recession and the COVID-19 epidemic each did not have a substantial negative impact on our investment initiatives.
