Gosselies

Parenthèse’ is a modern retail park (°’20) located along the busy N5 which connects Brussels with Charleroi and close to the E42 highway exit. Parenthèse consists of ca. 10.000 sq.m. of retail area spread across 2 white buildings which, seen from above, form a parenthesis. It opened in 2020 and has been acquired by the Fund in 2022.

It is occupied by well-known retail brands such as Intermarché, Hubo, Impermo, Jysk, Vanden Borre Kitchen, BNP Paribas, Sushi World, Huggy's Bar and L'Attrape Rêves.
