The board of directors has decided to co-opt Philip De Greve as a member of the board, with effect from 22 February 2021. Subject to the approval of the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA), he will join the board for the rest of Koen Dejonckheere's term, up to and including the ordinary general meeting in 2023. His definitive appointment as a director will be submitted to the next general meeting of shareholders for its approval.
Philip De Greve (41) has a wealth of real estate experience from his 16 years in the sector. He has been managing partner of Pertinea Property Partners – an investment, asset and fund management firm operating in Belgium and the Netherlands – since founding the company in 2010. He holds a master's degree in law and previously worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Linklaters and CBRE.
Liévin Van Overstraeten, chairman of the board of directors, says: "We are delighted that Philip De Greve has joined our board of directors. The experience he has built up in fund management and his in-depth knowledge of real estate markets will provide a valuable boost to our growth ambitions."
